This page shows you how to participate in the BiohackerDAO juicebox fundraiser and receive tokens, if you are new to crypto and don’t have a wallet. The whole process will take you about 10 minutes.

1. Get a crypto wallet

You will need a crypto wallet that is compatible with the Ethereum blockchain. We recommend using MetaMask. Download MetaMask and add the Metamask extension to your web browser so you can interact with web-based apps.

2. Buy ETH on Ramp

Our fundraiser can only accept Ethereum (ETH) crytocurrency. Tools like Ramp let you use your credit card to buy ETH. You must select ETH and copy-paste your newly created wallet address inside Ramp.

3. Deposit ETH into our juicebox

Now you’re ready to deposit your ETH into our fundraiser on juicebox. You will need to connect your wallet, select the amount you wish to contribute, and make sure you leave some spare change for gas fees. After you confirm the transaction, you will receive the BiohackerDAO tokens inside your wallet.
